Use of Alertpay balance

I am from India. I could get back the balance of paypal to my bank with a small fee of Rs.50/- from paypal on request and the same was received at my end within seven days of my request. Please anyone suggest me how to use the alertpay balance, because alertpay is charging hefty fees for withdrawing the money from them. As I am having a minimum amount of balance with them, whether anyone is paying or converting the alertpay balance to paypal credit or bank balance. Please suggest the way to use the alertpay money

I did the same as like the first member did..Though we are loosing some money in renting referrals in neo bux, my balance from alertpay got the transfer into my paypal account..I considered the loss as the fee for the transaction.The only thing is, it will take a month at most.
