How to access ads in Neobux after changing ip address?

I changed my connection and switched to another internet service provider.Now I am having problem accessing ads in Neobux.I tried to access ads in other ptc sites with the new ip address and everything is fine.I have invested money in Neobux and now after clicking the ads it shows that that "another user with same ip address has already viewed the ads" but I didn't received any credits.Please help.
