Hi Friends,
Do you prefer sleeping longer during winter or in summer. I want to sleep more longer hour in winter. It is so cold outside don't feel like getting up and start the busy schedule. If i'm not wrong winter is the best time for sleeping. Are you guys do the same or ....as same as everytime.

Hi asfiona,
to be frank sleep during winter is so lovely as the petal of roses. I have ever loved sleeping both during day time and at night but when sleep breaks it becomes difficult to get into it. But undoubtedly this is lovely.

Yeah, I love to sleep longer in winter. Yesterday I started to have a rest at home. I started to sleep earlier from eight thirty and did not get up until eight ten this morning. I love it when I can sleep longer without having to go to work. I can always enjoy more of myself when I have a rest or a day off.

Yes the shorter days, make me sleepy, and want to go to bed right after dinner. I have always been this way, though I force myself to stay up, for some kind of normalcy.

Hi Asfiona, it's hard for me not to sleep in when the bed is warm and my cats are purring. Heck just today I overslept by 3 hours. It's not even that cold here where I live. Just mild high 30s mid 40s at night but it's just enough to make you stay in bed a little longer. I definitely prefer to sleep longer in the winter. It's cool you can snuggle up under the blankets and in my opinion the sleep is deeper and more restful. It just gets so hot in the summer and it makes it hard to sleep at all.
