Could you please interpret my weird dream?

I just wanna ask you guys what's the meaning of a dream wherein you are running and exerting so much effort yet you don't seem to move, or you move really slowly. And then the ending is always JUMPING OFF A CLIFF. haha I always dreams of this. I think this is because I'm afraid of falling off the stairs or any high places. thank you in advance for your future responses :))

When it comes to dreams, interpreting dreams is a flawed pseudo science and i recommend that taking such interpretations seriously will have any bearing on your life it is simlpy just that dreams, Your mind exercising and developing memories. the mind is a wonderful thing it is basically the most advanced supercomputer there is and you shoudnt take dreams in a literal way.
