I think it's normal for family-members to argue once in a while. It's no longer healthy when it's a day-to-day basis. Personally, I don't like arguing, but there really are times when I'm ticked off.
The biggest argument I had with my parents was when they allowed women (my brothers' girlfriends) to stay over at our home. I am a traditional person, and I don't find it acceptable when women start sleeping over our home, most especially because we have a little brother who's going to think it's okay for women to do that.
My parents insisted that I stop complaining about such because they think it's better that women sleep over rather than my brothers would be coming home at dawn and they (my parents) won't get any sleep worrying about them.
Oh by the way, this was a long time ago, they were still in school then.
I still detest the fact that women would put themselves in that situation. I am a woman and I don't sleep over my boyfriends' family home, most especially if the parents and siblings are around!
What about you? What was the biggest arguments you had with your parents?

hi laydee. i do agree with your conservatism.
As for me, the biggest argument i had with my dad is when he has been pushing me to pursue my education course. I already graduated with a degree and i decided not to pursue with my second degree because i felt that my parents are getting old and that i dont want to trouble them anymore with high tuition fees. I couldnt tell this reason to my father because i knew he wouldnt care. All i thought of was i want to start working and get a good job. In the end, i won. hehehe. And though it had been the biggest argument i had with my father, i still believe that i did the right thing and i know my dad is just as satisfied with what i have become.
