Do downline building sites work,

Apart from the PTCs which seems to be a lot of in My Lot members,anyone joined downline building programs here,and do they actually work..seems to be few types of these programs that can be found on the internet, 1st type being rankers of top traffic exchanges,and another u find advertised all over in the traffic exchanges ,apparently can earn residue income if one surfs a lot in the exchanges.Feedback appreciated if there are any members of these programs in My Lot community.

Yes I belong to a couple of the traffic exchange downline builders. They are not necessarily money makers as much as traffic builders. You can earn off of them if your downline upgrades, but not many do. The thing is, if they join all the exchanges listed, and upgrade in any of them, you can make money also. But it is still more for building traffic.
