signs of pregnancy can differ form woman to woman and from each pregnancy.
a woman may experience different symptoms for each different pregnancy as no two are alike, is it?
i heard that some of the woman will show signs within a few days, is it possible? and what is the most significant signs that you are pregnant?

Most women do not start to show until about their 4th month of pregnancy. This can differ greatly among women though. I stand at a petite 5' and started showing within my second month because my torso is very small. Also, if this is your first pregnancy, most women will not show until the 4 month period, but many women find that in their following pregnancies they will show much earlier than they did the first time.
"Showing" is not the first symptom most women have that makes them think they may be pregnant although. Most women miss their menstrual period. There are many over the counter pregnancy tests that you can buy to tell you if you are pregnant, and some are able to detect pregnancy up to 5 days before your missed period.
As for me, and some other women... you can sometimes just sense that you are pregnant. I found out I was pregnant one day when I had a dream that I woke up and took a positive pregnancy test. Then I woke up, and actually did it... and surprise I was PREGNANT!!
