neobux: should i click on-time at server time?

I don't know why today i just have 1 ads to click in neobux. Maybe since i did too late not like usual,when i log in in my pc at 10pm it's just 1 ad and they say you must click 3 ads today if you wish get unlimited click by your refferal tomorrow. Is it really affects? Please tell me how to solve it? Thanks.
