Taking control of your job search before your job offer and conducting a search taking into account everything will help. Check out http:// usefulinfo-salary.blogspot .com for more tips.

Always do a little of market research and find out how much you could get paid on an average. When you have certain numbers in hand it becomes easy for you to negotiate. Then never think that if you ask more you would be chucked out or you might not get one. When you are confident that you best suit the position and if the employer thinks the same, even when your quote is high, it would be obliged. While you get into a job get in with good salary, what ever hike you get after an year or so would not be so high in percentage.
