Do you think zodiac descriptions are accurate of who you really are?

I'm not really into zodic sign that much but I'm a pisces and I just read my personality description and it's really close. Do you think they just use vague descriptions that anyone can relate to or is there some truth to this?

Usually I don't like zodiac very much but I have to say that my personality, more or less, looks very close to my sign. Obviously often the descriptions are so general that everyone can recognize himself... but that the zodiac!
