getting a new google adsense account

I used to have a blog about an year back and had google ads in that. Those of my friends who came to know that I could earn when they click on my ads not knowing that my account would get blocked kept on clicking on my ads so very often that google blocked my blog for adsense. After that I opened a couple of blogs and even after the fair enough wait time of 6 months, and though I gave different address / name for checks my blogs are not getting approved for adsense. I think google tracks the IP, yes i tried opening and registering blog thru other IP and then accessing from my old IP but still gets rejected. Can any one let me know if there is any way that I could get the trust of google back / ways to get back a new google adsense account.
