How do I restore content from my iPod Touch to my PC

Hi Guys, I need your help. I used to have a lot of music on my PC which was synched to my iPod Touch. But one day my hard drive suffered a fatal error and as a result I had to wipe out all of it's data. I had no backup in hand. Now I have reinstalled everything (including iTunes and Windows XP) and I can't update my iPod Touch music library fearing that the earlier collection of mine will get deleted. Is there any way through which I can add the iPod Touch Songs to my PC. Please Help. Regards, AJ-Rox
