How to reduce weight after childbirth ?

Hi friends , Has anyone experienced loads of weight gain right after delivery. How embarassing it will be ... I used to do some exercises regularly and follow some fixed diet ... But in vain.. Friends do share your experiences and some solutions to reduce the weight after childbirth.

some says that it is natural, i mean, they lose weight without doing anything, i dont know why. like one of my friends, she was so huge when she got pregnant, after she gave birth she just popped out like a balloon! like she was, hot!

When dieting we have to have a strong determination and never give up at least for the first three months. We have to be constant and follow the exercises and the fixed diet strictly for three months before we get the result. If we follow just for one month, then we cheat for one day, it will be meaningless and the whole one month of effort and difficulty will end up in the drain. We have to start all over again after that even if we cheat for one day. If you don't believe you can start doing what I tell you and you will see a change after three months of following this strict diet and exercise. Good luck. p.s. I am telling this based on my inlaws experience and not my own but she has proven it right. She managed to lose weight after the three months period.

This was a common problem with my wife also. But at that time i saw drs were advising her not to be much bothered for the weight. Maintain normal food habit and things will reshape itself. Ultimately that happened. I think you can talk to a dietician for this. Have a great day.
