Snack usually comes because of stress. Yes, eating is just an escape from these conditions. Therefore, find the cause of your stress so do not try to seek comfort through food is not healthy. Especially for pregnant women who usually have erratic mood, provide a healthy snack of fruit or vegetables.
what do you think about it guys??

I don't agree with you completely. I like to snack when I am bored and tensed. I like to take leave and sit at home during rainy days havins spicy potato chips. I have snacks at that time for fun. I have peantut candies almost everyday and now I am kind of addicted to it. It gives me a lot of relaxation. I can't miss it if I had am stressed out after work.

yes you are right ,pregnant women , should always eat some healthy food , it is nice for them , if they 'll eat some unhealthy food just because , they want to because of their mood than it won't be nice enough , it can even harm them...and off couse their child............

I think that people eat snacks for a variety of reasons. Not always about stress. My husband is a huge snacker but he eats small portions at each meal. He probably eats 6 times a day but the quantities only total three full meals. On the other hand, I am a stress eater and it;s something that I have to continually work on. My snacks of choice are salty things like chips or pretizels. I know that fruits and veggies are much more healthy but don't always have the discipline to pass up the potato chips.
