Can you listen patiently if the speaker talks in high pitch?

Consider that the person you have to listen to talks in a very high pitch, can you listen patiently to that person, and not loose your concentration.

hey pal i never mind tat how he is talking, i jus hear wat he saying.. and ill listen and ill be patient.

Hi Hireshd, Yes it's distracting and kinda irritating but if the speaker can use this in an animated way i think i can bear with it especially if the topic is really interesting!
