Can my partner get free or discounted dental treatment (he needs a filling) if we're on Tax Credits? Please note we live in England, thank you.

Yes if your household income is less than £15,276pa. I imagine that the answer is no if it's more than that. www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/HealthCosts/Documents/HealthCosts/HC11.pdf will tell you all.

If you get Child Tax Credit but not Working Tax Credit then you definitely can. However, I don't know about the other way round or if you get both. It might depend on how much you get. If you are entitled then you should have had an NHS card thingy from Tax Credits. If you call their helpline (which you should find on the HMRC or Directgov website) they should be able to tell you.
