New Congressional Districts

It seems that a great deal of Stimulus money has created thousands of jobs in Congressional that are not, unless they are in the missing 7 states that President Obama has not visited.
I have heard of Congressional districts reporting, in AZ and MN that are not there, job growth as a result of the stimulus money. Some of the reported districts received several hundred thousand dollars and created on 2 or 3 jobs. I am glad that we elected some one with leadership and experience.

My question is...are they going to track down WHO got the money? And WHO is providing the jobs?
Those seven 'other states'.....lol!!!

According to some who have had to fill out the reporting forms they may never be able to find them. Many employers report that the forms are very complicated and confusing much like the Income Tax Forms. If you call with a question you will get a long and convoluted answer. When you call for more clarification you will get a different answer.
The government hires people to administer the programs, some one else to develop a reporting form while some one new reads and complies the data. Much of the information is put into sound bites for Congressmen to use in speeches. That is the real reason for the reports to give the Politicians things to boast about.

If you can create new districts out of thin air, then you can do anything. Maybe Obama is like God, as Evan Thomas of Newsweek proclaimed him.
More than reporting jobs created in districts that don't exist is the government's conviction that they sent money to districts that don't exist. Whose pockets did those funds go into?

Don't forget that not all of the new jobs were actually "Created". Some were "Saved".
WOW I guess Obama IS GOD.
