Company hiring a software developer in His pre final or final year bluntly refuses or delays his joining for said or unsaid reasons .... Not a new scenario but none action taken ,,,, Why isn't any action taken ... who gives companies the right to play with someone's emotions an dreams ... Sometimes the person is so relaxed with the placement that he doesn't try for GATE or CAT and then he is left their all alone ready to be asked questions from neighbors and friends regarding the joining ... I'm a person placed in 5 companies and yet sitting idle and now in a mood to spread awareness regarding this scenario and raise some voice for this .. If we need a job they too need us ... If u r a victim put ur vote to he discussion and write about urself ...
