Well, I am no movie director, or any movie editor. I did it for fun, and I just searching for better software to help me out. I have a camcorder, and I shoot some family video on the zoo a couple days ago. I was recommended by a good friend about this video editing software called AVS video editor. I did some editing from it, but the speed was slow to convert the result. I just wonder if there is other great video editing software that you can recommend? Sincerely thanks!

Go for Cyberlink Powerdirector. It is an excellent video editing software with many features and very good effects. Compared to Sony Vegas or other tools, Powerdirector is far better. Also it has a very user friendly and sleek interface. So easy to use and even though you are a novice or a first timer, you will impress anyone who will view your output for the first time. Don't belive me? try it.

Well if you ask me, i will suggest you to use Adobe premiere pro. I feel it is very easy to use. It has lot of features and also there are so many plug ins that are also available for this software to get nice results. So, all in all it is a very good software with a lot of capacity. There can be other ones, but they may not be as good as this one. Plus this software is still used in a lot if editing studios.
