How can I dispose diapers in India as there is no proper waste disposal system there.

i would suggest you bury it somewhere in the mud:P... unless and untill people strat takin these things seriously atleast

LOL. there are a lot of dust bins in cities and towns but if you go to rural parts then you might find it difficult to find dust bins.
