do you like working in a small company or a big company? share your reasons

no matter my first job or the job i am working now .are always the small company .
my friends say working a small company ,if you can do the job well ,the manger can pay more attention on you ,but the post cannot change just can increase your salary ,because it's a small company ,except the manger ,all are the staff .the employee.
but if you woking in a big company ,it has different department ,every department have different kinds of post ,such as the manger ,department manger ,the executive etc.so if you woking hard ,you can get a promotion .and you can give achievement .this kind of feeling is great .
so ,which kind of company do you like to working ,friends .

In my opinion,they have both advantage and disadvantage.
In small company you have opportunity to learn all kinds of skills.It can enrich your experience,but you have to do all the things when you have time . Being small company's employee is a great aspiration for young people and gives them an opportunity to put their theoretical business knowledge into practice.After you graduate from high school ,you can stay at small firm . You can use about5 years to get the skills and experience.
Everything has two sides.On the other hand,small company the longer you stay you learn less things.In a large company,you not only can get kinds of skills but also have better beneits such as finance and health guaranteed.

I am working in a small company for 2 years.the office is lacated in the park.the environmental condition is really good.and the company 's personnel structure is very simple.
Less competition,work is easy.of course,Less salary

I am currently working for a big company and the best metaphor I can think of to describe it is that I feel like a small fish in a big pond wherein if I am at small company, I can probably be a big fish in small pond. Working in a big company has its perks but most of the time, I feel that my abilities are taken for granted because the Big Bosses hardly see my effort because they are distracted from all the other employees which makes me say that the employees being promoted are those close to the bog bosses even if my ability and work ethic surpasses them. In a big company, bad office politics can definitely be a huge downer.
