How do u deal with stress in your life?

Generally we all of them will be under going stress according to the life situations we face. But sometimes it will be out of control as if the sky is falling......can't bear what to do can't understand. How do u deal with the stress situations in your life?.....Good day....

i do meditate
walk in the cool weather
then listen to music

I simply sit down and relax for a while, and think about the time i've been through, i asked God guidance and help me overcome in my life stress,stress is often stay because we resist to let it go,don't take it seriously, go for a walk and have a good meditation yourself and to enjoy life!

well.. i do the easiest thing to do.. run away from them.. if its in office or at home and u can't figure out what all the mess is.. i get out ,, take a walk around the block and get back to it.. usually my mind races with all the problems but i try to distract myself by engaging myself to think something interesting about my surroundings.. or even better have a good laugh on myself.. on all the stupid things i have done to get into that mess. like a third person.. it does work sometimes..

Hi rorisricha.
I deal with stress by doing 3 things:
1. Praying
2. Reading books or listening to audio books**
3. Sleeping or taking a nap
*After sleeping or having a nap, my mind becomes more alert. This way, I can easily determine the cause of the stress and plan to address the situation.
**When my stress level is so high, I listen to the audio book of Rhonda Byrnes entitled "The Secret." This book mentioned a lot of things about the law of attraction. The author and her resource speakers believe that "we attract what we think the most." In short, "thoughts become things." This audio book reminds me that I will attract more things that could give me more stress if I keep on thinking about the causes of my current stress in life.

Look, There is no one real way to deal with stress. This is a personal preference that can be anything that entertains you or amuses you to get your mind off the stressful situation that your in. Like for me when I get really stressed I love to pull out my guitar and just play. It takes me to a place where I am free, and although when I come back from this place my stress still may be there, but I have calmed down to a point where I can think logically.. So find your hobby, dilute the stress, before it causes problems.. capuche...
