It's very cold this winter, and my 13 months old son got cold. We only take him out in daytime when the weather is not too bad. My son are not docile when he want to go out but not allowed. I am wondering how your kid spend times in winter. How to make them feel less boring while staying at home? Thanks a lot for your advice.

Hi KKKK, Sorry we don’t have snow in our country. But if ever my family will be given the chance to migrate in any country with snow… I will do the following to keep them busy and avoid being bored inside the house: 1. We will dance and sing-along together or play the guitar with my husband 2. Watch movie together 3. Clean the house 4. Story telling 5. Cooking 6. Play computer games together I will take this as an opportunity to spend more quality time with them. We can play in the snow but will not take long so that they will not be exposed too much in the cold weather.

Hello, Msfrancisco, thank you for your response and it's really a good idea. Anyway, my son are too small to enjoy all these. He tend to feel bored on things soon. My parent in law are helping me taking care of him in daytime when I go for work. And they feel really tired taking care of him these days. Thank you again for your reponse. Have a nice day.

I am surprised to see that you have a baby. I just thought you were a teenager. In the following days will be as cold as today, take care. I don't think it is good for the baby to stay at home. Being to various conditions, the baby can adjust him to the new environment, that would do good to their physical health. Just like you have different kinds of vaccines in your blood, it would be easier for you to conquer the virus when it occur. but, staying at home is the best choice, cuz you baby gets cold.

Hello, Zba, Thank you for your response. I am sorry that you thought I am a teenager. That means innocent, so unfit with my age. I do think we should take kids to outdoor more. That is good for him to form his character as well. Yeah, now I have to keep him at home. Have a great day and happy mylotting.

Hello, Zba, it's so nice to hear you say so. Actually people around me think I am not mature, so does myself. On one hand, I hope I can become mature that suit my age, on the other hand, I still enjoy having the young feeling. Anyway, I think we do not have much communication. How you judge that I my heart is young? Thank you very much any way!

I have no children and if I did I don't know how I'd entertain them when it got cold. So far this winter, it hasn't been really bad. Of course it's still early.

Hi Aking, thank you for your sharing. Yeah, it's really really cold this year. I am living in the south part of China, and it never snow here. But I feel the air and the water is going to be frozen... Take good care of your kid and yourself as well.

Hello, florence. Thank you for your concern. My son is too small to watch TV, that is not good for his eyes. Plus, he is too small to understand what he is watching on TV. Actually he watch TV once in a while, but but last longer than 5 minutes in one time. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
