How to learn English????

My English level is ordinary, do not know what method can improve the English level? Please advice??????????

Hi sky886. I must say you're done with the 1st step of learning English. You're now using it to discuss/respond/comment in myLot. I'm sure that you will learn a lot here. I am also not that fluent in written and spoken English. A friend advised me to familiarize myself with the language by speaking, writing and thinking in English.
In addition, I normally use my spare time to read English books or magazines, to watch English movies or reports, and to attend a book club.
