Anyone Quitting Smoking for the Great American Smoke-Out Tomorrow?

I'm going to try to quit smoking tomorrow for the Great American Smoke-Out. I've always passed that day by, but I am going to do it this year. I've smoked for 11 years, and now I'm going to try. T he longest I have ever been able to quit for has been 4 weeks, with a few partial-day attempts this year. Is anyone else going to do it?

Hello I'm not American but i have stopped smoking for almost 2 months now. ^^V Good you have a Great American Smoke-Out to always remind people smoking is not healthy. =)

Great...Please do tht...Try and quit it....Control your mind and quit smoking...I had quit it....It`s good for health...Just think if something happens to you,who will care for ur loved ones...hmmm...Hope may you can quit..Good Luck and God bless you...
