This was one of my favorite movies as a child growing up. this and A Little Princess. any way i was not aware there was even a book. so when i found out from one of the younger girls i babysat, she let me borrow the book if o let her borrow the movie and after i read it. the rumors were true i the books always better. which did you like better the book or the movie?

I agree with you one hundred percent. I remember first watching this movie when I was in the second grade. It was in class and of course it was after we read the book. And I also believe the book is better than the movie. I haven't read the book in quite some time, I just might read it again. It's always great to read a book. But sometimes you would love to see how it actually looks that's why they make those movies.

This is one of my all time favourites as well but the original with Margaret O'Brien in it, I think she was the best child acot ever, I love that movie so much...
