A listening God...

I know God hears me, and I also know I need to talk to him more.

yes, i have just come back from reading this really great devotional that has reassured me in what you were saying above! http://www.backtothebible.org/index.php/devotions/authors/elisabeth_elliot.html basically our Lord never sleeps nor slumbers and He is there whenever we call. He always answers whether it be Yes No or Maybe. As psalm 139 says, before a word is on our lips, He knows them.

I totally agree with you as I have felt this in my life.He has lent His hand in the most wanted and desperate moments in my life without even asking for it. And He is the best judge in deciding whom to help and the right moment too. They say that God is great for nothing.

I think God hears all of our thoughtsa and prayers too even though some of them go unanswered. I do believe he answers the ones that matter the most to us though. I have cried out loud at time, wandering if he hears me but I know he does.

Yes God listence to your and hears what we are talking or thinking but why should things not happen the way we happen

Yes, I believe that God is a listening God. For the past year, I have been intensely praying and communicating to him. He knows what my heart sincerely desires, what my intentions are. I don't ask for an immediate answer. And yet, everything that I have prayed for have been granted. He knows what's good for us. He listens and gives.
