What is important for our eyes?

Now, I am having problem with my eye! The temperature of my eyes is hot all the time. Does anyone of you know how we can take care of our eye and what are the things we need to do in this taking care? What is the food we need to eat? Can you share some idea?

You can take care of your eyes through your food intake. The food groups that are most beneficial for the eye are vitamins and minerals, especially Vitamins A, C and E. Minerals such as Zinc and Folic acid are good for your eyes. So make sure that you include lots of red fruits like carrots and citrus fruits like grapes or oranges to your diet. Bring back the bright white healthy look by eating omega-3 fats which you can find in salmon, walnuts and in supplement form.

sheansocheath go to your doctor,do not pass go, but go to your doctor and have him check out your eyes as that is certainly not normal. there are certain vitamins put together just for eye health so I would buy some and start taking them religiously.

carrots and blueberries..Have you consult the doctor about your burning eyes? Better see your doctor quick to avoid further deterioration of your eyes.. Take Care

Every morning after waking up,fill ur mouth with water,close the eye and sprinkle water on them adout 10-15 times.Be sure as the Ayurveda advises,wake up befor sunrise.Do not use hot water to wash your eyes.
