I would like to lose weight and I love to drink water. They say to drink 8-9 glasses of water a day to lose weight and to help you digest food and get rid of all the salt that you consume during the day.
But does anyone know of something that I might have laying around in the house that I might be able to put in the water so that it will help me lose weight?
Can you help me out by answering this question please? I have heard of putting apple cider vinegar but that tastes nasty. And I have also heard of putting lemon. But what does the lemon do other than thin out your blood?
Help!!!
Happy mylotting

I don't know of anything that could do this, but green tea sure does help you lose and maintain a weight. I try to drink at least two cups of green tea a day, along with the normal 8 glasses of water a day. I am going to the bathroom a lot, but it will really be worth it if I can stay at the weight I'm at!
