My paypal account is hacked and I have got no help-I need help from Mylot people

Dear Friends, I registered on this site without opening a paypal account. After six months of hard work, I earned 20USD from this site. I got an email stating that "You have got paypal funds" So then I thought of opening the paypal account by my email id. Guess what? I got a message that "There is already a paypal account registered by that email. I contacted paypal but to no use.
I investigated myself and found that "My email was hacked and the person created paypal account" Luckily i found this out and changed my email password and then recovered Paypal account.
But the real problem started now. The person who created my paypal account registered it from USA and i am not from USA. The paypal account has become limited and is asking for details such as bank account and phone number for getting verified. Unless i get verified, I won't be able to send funds. And Only option to withdraw is to bank account or cheque. And i do not have any US bank account. My 20 USD are still there in the paypal account.
"I request if any mylot user can help me in recovering this 20 USD"
I will provide 5 USD to anyone who can solve this problem for me.

You should contact the Paypal offices for help. I don't think there will be a way to recover that cash, it might have been spent or transfered. When you contact them, ask them if you trace the transactions from your account, they might be able to find the theif's ip address, and the theif himself, from there you might get the cash back.

Freind, As i said, the money is still in the account, only thing i have to do is to verify my account by us bank, But i live in india so i cannot do that..The thief himself didnt take the money. Looks like he was using a us proxy and paypal got registered on a us account. That saved me. But now i dont know how to get this money back.
I am contacting paypal from pst three months and have got no satisfactory reply. They say it is a matter of different location/country. They cannot shift a us account to indian account or vice versa. If some one can get this account verified for me from USA. I think this is the only option remaining. I have tried out all other alternatives.

its better to create an account with another email nd be careful this time coz u cant change anything related to the personal info,r atleast u cannot transfer any amt with this account.once the paypal limits the account you got to show them verification that u r the same person who have created else it would close the account nd keeps the money.my friends acc has been limited nd he has to show them hell of identity proofs to get it to running state.gud day.

Thanks for the suggestion friend. But I am interested in getting my hard earned 20 usd. I shall close my account after I get this and register a new one. Can anyone help me out in this way.

i can understand how it would be loose your hard earned money but u should be practical,it takes a lot to get back ur limited account tat too u dont have any of your bank acc number or either credit card linked to it to demand your account or money back.paypal doesnt even think this long if u had earned for 6 months or not all they need is a proof to confirm tat it is ur account,unfortunately u cant provide it.i am sharing coz my friend has experienced it.do ur trails but there r very few chances to get ur money.so i hope u can understand this nd be careful next time.

thanks pal. I wished someone from mylot would have come forward to help me in getting account verified. I want my 20 usd back and he can keep that verified account himself. I wont use that account again in my life. All i want is my 20 usd back.

If your paypal account is hacked then contact the paypal help. Is your password changed?? If so you would have got a mail regarding that. Without the confirmation from the email I dont think anyone can change the password. And is your mail account used for paypal sign up also hacked??

Dear Friend as I said my email account was hacked earlier and the guy or girl anyone has created paypal on that email. That email received my funds. Now i tried to register a paypal account. i got message that already this mail has been registered for paypal account. With great difficulty i recovered my paypal account. But it is limited and registered from us paypal and i am from india. So that is the situation. I recovered my email by security questions.

If your funds are stuck in a US based PayPal account then you will need to request from a PayPal Customer Service agent to have you speak to a supervisor and request to have the funds transferred to another PayPal account. What I do suggest is open another PayPal account under a different email address first then request to have that US based account closed but have them transfer the funds. There is no way for you to have the account become Verified since a PayPal account cannot be changed in terms of the country it is under currently.
Thus, contact PayPal customer service and request for the funds to be transferred to another PayPal account which is based from India already this time.

Well, Is this possible. I had tried to contact them in several ways. Well i hope this solution is possible only if your account is not limited. The US account is limited and it is not allowing me to close that account either. That jerk has added some dummy US account number and that is not a valid accont number too. So in all i am stuck up with my money in a limited account which I have no way to recover unless some gentle person from us helps me in getting my money back by giving some credentials. And i am ready to pay 5 usd for that.

It has been a long time but you just need to just keep call customer service at PayPal and ask to speak to a supervisor. Explain how long it has been and what the problem is if they can not help ask them to connect you with someone who can.

I always have written to them through their support channel. But all the time those stupid jerks give one answer. Please upload your documents to lift acount limitations. I don't think they even read my emails. Idiot support. I am very much frustrated now.

It seems they fooled you..sorry to say but they have hacked your account they must have transfered the money.No need and try to make a new one with more security.
