Racial discrimination:A heinous crime

India

The recent attacks on Indians in australia have really pissed me off.We are in the 21st century and its a shame on us to discriminate among ourselves just on the basis of colour or creed...Thats pathetic.....And its not localized to australia only, its quite widespread and rampart. I can surely tell that most of us are against racial abuse.Infact none of the educated lot,who have mixed with people from different cultures will do any such stuff. The problem is with the small minority who create all this mess.I think we should be educated enough and also try to make them aware that colour is not at all the basis to discriminate among people. Then only can this be stopped. What do you think guys????

hi crazybubu yes we should educate p eople to know that we are all brothers, no matter what color our skin, and as thus we should treat each other as equals not discriminate against anyone. You are right, this is the 21st century and we should 'be better educated to treat all men as equals.

i truly agree with you hartley....its our problem and only we can solve it....If we can educate that small class of people who have these tendencies then we are done....The image i have added to the discussion best describes the situation. We have to work together to eradicate this evil....

racial abuse is bad but even in india these things prevail people say they have changed there attitude but somewhre in their mind these things are still present no matter what you do some where around this world these things will come out we humans have a very bad habit of categorizing things god/bad pretty/ugly frankly people doing racial discrimination have evil minds they themselves are evil ...... we as youth have to take a responsible stand against racial discrimination in order to stop it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey thats very true.....its in india also....but we as youth should try to create an awareness about it....Its not about being in India or australia, its about how can we educate these people and solve the problem.....I sometimes really feel very pathetic about it,we are all into this gizmo,hi-tech,sci-fi era but still how can our thinking be so mean..... I appreciate your idea of involving youth into this....to begin with what we can do is that we can spread awareness and prevent any incidents of racial attack atleast in our locality......
