I know it's hard to avoid foods that you truly enjoy but migraine is very debilitating. You are in total control of your own body and anything you put in it. I suffered from migraine for years and started listing up my migraine triggers. My number one migraine trigger is nuts. Milk chocolates do trigger migraine. You need to ask yourself which is more important? To satisfy your taste with chocolates or suffer from it by getting migraine? You need to kill your appetite on your chocolate cravings. One way to do this is to not buy any chocolates. Hope that helps. Take care.

You could try to substitute chocolate for something else.Good luck finding a candy bar that isn't covered in the stuff. I think they even make granola bars with chocolate chunks in them. That seems a bit redundant because granola is healthy.

the only thing you should do is to stop eating chocolate. you should have a self-control attitude and love your health. you know already that eating those choco will hurt you badly. not just chocolates. stop eating too much peanuts and noodles also. it can trigger your migraine also.
