Do you know how to slim down and become healthy?

Hi all dear friend, Me try two week ready to diet. Me no eat the keep fit pill and all for keep fit one. Me two week no eat rice and everyday drink soup and eat some sayur and after 7pm than no eat anything. Aft two week me ready slim down my mother also say me slim down a lot. Than me also feel me ready slim down, because my many people say me slim down. Me very happy can slim down, because after pregnant and me can not slim down keep fat very sad. Now many people to find eat the keep fit to slim down but for me never eat the keep fit pill because eat the thing no healthy. How you all thing for no eat rice become slim down never eat anything for to slim down pill? If no eat rice to slim down it's healthy? Please share to me how u thing about this? Thank.

Hello celineml, I must first start by saying you are not going to be successful in losing weight by not eating certain foods or by taking diet pills. Those are putting restriction son your body and throughout time your body will fight back and either end up putting more weight on or getting you really sick. The best way to lose your weight and to keep it off is to follow a calorie diet, first you need to find out how many calories your body should in take a day and this can be figured out by your height,age and activity level. You can ask your doctor for advice or you can go online and check Here is a website that can help you out with that: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm Once you find out how many calories are best for you you need to start measuring out your food and keeping a log of what you had, how much of it you had and how many calories it was...you need to do this for anything you take in including you liquids. Keep your foods and drinks within that calorie limit for the day and within a short time you will see a slim down and the best part about this is you are doing it naturally so therefore you will be able to keep it off. I did mine 3 years back and was able to loose 40 lbs and have kept it off although I still need to loose about another 30 but I have gotten really lazy about it and haven't been keeping track of my calories in a long time. oh,man,I'm sorry to hear that,why not live life regular,eat rugular and exercise rugular,you will be fit.you can take my friends advice rugularly,she was a fatty at one time,she used all possible methods,like sing,eating pill,take the lost weight course,but what's the best mothod,eat regularly and exercise regularly,she used to exercise every morning,run,run and run.not eat more evenif fit your taste well,control yourself.you will be ok,believe me,friend.

Hi, nice to meet u lichee_china. Sorry, late to respond your discussions. For me very lazy to every morning run run run like eat pil to lose weight me no agreed. Me no like to no eat rice to slim down my weight because never using money to buy anything pill to try and no every pill also good and can slim down. Thank your sharing.:P

Hey there Celin. I actually used to have the same question. I've tried a lot already and I found out that nothing beats exercise and healthy diet. Just needs extra discipline. With this, you won't just look slim, but you could also be healthy.

I think the best way to get slimmer and healthier is a two step program that involves diet and excerise.I have been personally trying to loose some weight off my mid section as well and has only been able to do by involving as healthy diet as possible ,eating smaller quantities and excerising more. Firstly I try ot avoid all snacks and ,fast food and fatty foods.That means that I use as little oil as posible when cooking and remove the fatty parts of meat before cooking .Next comes the way that meals are prepared ,I tend to do more boiling and broiling and less frying as that way oils are removed from the food.In terms of eating also I try to involve more natural foods such as fruits and vegetables.Fianlly I consume less food and eat less often. WIth regards to excercise ,I tend to excercise just before going to bed so that I will hopefully burn off all that I have consumed.I must say taht I have lsot some wight in this manner

Celineml,every female wants to slim down.But it's always not healthy. Breakfast is the most important meal in a day,we can have a wonderful one everyday in the morning.And if you can bear,the dinner could be ignore. Oh,there's a effecial way to wear off the fat of your belly.It's so easy,just follow one step.Inhale as long as your can or at least for 6 second.That's all.

Dear friend, I could see it is mere waste of time doing many things without any systematic analyzing or testing one's body. May there are glads with abnormality that could make one's body weight increase. All I could see that to get better guidance from a fitness expert and a good doctor. Other things may be could be mere waste of time in those cases if there is no change in body is seen after long hard work.

I can't do that, what you did is depriving yourself on eating rice. I'm depressed if I didn't eat rice or any carbohydrates and it is not helpful to me. Right now I tried to cut down my rice intake and do a lot of exercise in the morning and in the afternoon. My mother told me that I'm losing a bit and it is great news to me because my effort was paid off. My motivation to lose weight is for health reason because I have hormonal imbalance that's why I'm really determine to lose weight. My problem right now is how to avoid eating too much on Christmas and New Year. Usually I gain so much weight during these time.

not eating rice? I'll die.... Rice is everything 4 me.. If I want to diet, I usually avoid eat foods that content too much fat... for example beef or meat. But I change those foods with egg, especially egg of duck. cause I need protein for my body.... and i need carbohidrate too.

Dont take pill for slim down. Cut down rice and eat fibre contents food more. Sporuts is the good source. Do regular exercise. Dring water more. Avoid fat foods, oily food and sweets. Try to take Chappathi or rotis without using much oil

Slimming down is basically - spend more calories than you intake. Search the internet for the maintaining caloric intake for your weight and age. So for example, your maintaining caloric intake is 2,500 calories per day, eating less than that is guaranteed to make you lose weight. It doesn't matter what you eat. To get a toned body though, eat less fatty foods. Always go for balanced meals.

Congratulations on slimming down! I think to cut down on how much rice and other carbohydrates you eat is important, however I would only stop eating them completely for a couple weeks to reset your glycemic index then just be careful what kinds you eat. Healthy foods like brown rice, pastas and whole wheats are good carbs as well as fruit. As always in weight loss make sure you are getting plenty of protien, sleep, and water. Your right, taking a pill to slim down is not at all healthy, but neither is depriving your body of nutrients for any great length of time. My advice is to choose healthy foods, eat smaller portions and drink lots of water - to really lose weight add some exercise in there. When eating you should never be hungry and you should never be full. Eat 6 small meals a day to stay satisfied. And GOOD LUCK!
