today,thursday november the 19th of 2009 jagex released 4 new elemental spells along with other changes like the return of super potions in pvp games.these spells are:air surge,water surge,earth surge and fire surge,you can cast each one with air runes,blood runes and death runes.so what do you think of these changes?

yes they should change how non member pking goes i think instead of r2h its guna be the fire thingy
