Have you ever heard of TV on a phone
well its one of the newsiest phone in the market
Cherry Mobile M35 what I like of this
phone is that it has a built in tv tuner
and it can read ebooks for the price of
only 5500 pesos. If you have a phone like this just leave a post
or a review.

you are right.there are many phones made by china which has built in tv tuner.I have seen it with one of my friend.But the problem is that the battery drains so fast and the mobile is very big to carry.From what you said the price is cheap and I think you should give it a try.

there was a phone on the market few years back called the lobster phone virgin mobile was launching it.
The technology wasn't in place and the phone flopped, any phone that has internet is tv enabled as there are web sites that stream live tv feeds.
Tho personally I think tv on a phone is just a gimmick who wants to wants tv on a tiny 6" screen etc etc I'd rather just record the program and watch it when I get hom ein high definition on a 42" lcd tv much more enjoyable I think personally.
