Tips for flat tummy..........................

Can u give some tips for flat tummy................. Honey with lemon in warm water helped but need some more tips...........

Hi Dreams, I already did that but it took a while to see some improvements. what will really help is to lessen carb and do some more physical exercises like walking, jogging, aero-dancing and yoga too. Are you that one in the picture? you seemed to be slim already so why worry about it? Have a great weekend!

I agree with you. Only strenous exercise could help people get a flatter tummy... XD

so what's up now? are you considering a program to help you with your concern in having and maintaining a flat tummy? or you want to do be a "do yourself" program with our suggestions? how about considering badminton or swimming aside from making your tummy flat it will also help tone your muscles fast! But it's very physical you have to be prepared for it!

Hehe...thats the most sought after thing in this whole world.A flat tummy.I can well understand that in this busy day to day life,when we have to keep running from the moment we get up,its tough to devote time for gym and all.So its better that we take care of ourselves. Having a healthy diet is a must.Not having junk and oily food does help in having a good shape.Drinking lots of water,walking and if possible jogging does also help.Atleast we can do all these without wasting a lot of time.The main mantra is you have to keep yourself active all ways and burn those calories.Thats it.

I'm not really sure whether there will be a quick "cure" for bulging tummies. I recommend that you just do it the hard way, if you have time. You should do crunches, sit-ups or whatever you see in aerobics magazines to help you. Nobody said it would be easy...
