God gave us the ability to judge whether something is right or wrong. If you think a thing will give praise to God (like helping other people the proper way) then that should be prayed for. If it's wrong, definitely you should not pray for it. It's as simple as that, but never easy. If you're not sure whether a thing is right or wrong, why not ask God Himself about it? You will be enlightened for sure because He will lead you to events that will show you His answer to your question about that thing, or the desire to read the Bible. In your prayer, you could say to Him "If this thing that I'm praying for won't lift Your Holy Name on high, then it's ok that You won't grant this prayer. But if it will, then so be it," or something like that. just remember to trust God in all the things that you pray for. :)

For all the blessings you receive. The things that you need to praise him for. The problems you may be having, and just staying in contact with Him, the way you would your parents. He wants to have a relationship & fellowship with all his creations.

Praying and "claiming" that God will grant your prayer. It's as if you can bend God's will to your own. And praying that harm will befall someone you do not particularly like.

I have heard people ask God for money and riches. They laugh at me when I say that shouldn´t be done. I would say health is something it´s ok to ask for. What do you think?

Initially thank our almighty God Jesus christ for the belessing you have received till now. He is saving us each and every day, giving us good and healthy food, for giving good healthe etc. praise our lord for these blessings. Pray for your enemies. After that pray for our country, National leaders, peace in the world etc. After pray for your famil members, friends and relatives. Then ask forgiveness from god for your sins that you have committed. Finally pray for all your need. In your prayer do not accuse any one wrongly. do not be proud in prayer. please read Matthew 6 for the perfect prayer.

You can pray about anything. God already knows what's in your heart, so don't try to hide anything from Him. He also can see the most horrible things human beings do, and He's big enough to handle it all. When you pray, you're talking to Someone who knows you inside and out, better than you know yourself. Prayer is also about listening. The Holy Spirit will direct your prayers if you pay close attention and not go running off in your own direction.

I don't pray. But I do have wishes. I have desires. I don't pray much because I know things that I need to do already to help myself. Praying too much for me is just saying words. I need to do something. When I am scared I might pray. A lot of times I won't. But a lot of times I will. It can get repetitive. I guess I don't know how to pray. I try to meditate though. I don't even know if I know how to meditate! But this is my attempts, and me reaching, to try and do something. It has actually messed me up some. But I am proud of myself. The effort makes me know that I am concerned. Yet still, I cannot get swept away. If there are things in the physical that need attention, I MUST give them attention! Or else I will die, sitting there. Also, if you are very lonely. Don't pray about it. Go talk to someone, and tell them. This is like a prayer. Because you are being honest and telling someone how you feel, and I think that your higher power would be with you. Gosh, I feel so desolate, because I haven't communicated much to my family in the past. Nor my friends. I wanted to be a stand up person. But I wasn't. I was quite religious, but thought my religious ideas would scare them away. Stand up for yourself! I am trying to! The process of honesty is like a prayer. "You must have fun", this is what is so joyous about life.
