Has anyone or one of your friends written something on facebook and found out later somebody wasn't happy about what was written? Were you ever unhappy with something somebody else wrote? Please share your thoughts.

It can certainly steer people away from these type of sites. I guess you have to way the pros of it against the cons. Thanks for your input.

If you write anything at all someone isn't going to be happy. I simply write my opinion, occasionally a rebuttal to a response. I try to be factual and noninflammatory but am not always successful. I recognize that some people have difficulty stating their opinions and can sound argumentative without meaning to and some people are just spoiling for a fight so to speak. Either way I just try not to post anything I wouldn't want my Mother to read. :)

You're right, you can't always make everyone happy all the time. I agree, if Mom wouldn't approve, don't write it.

I almost stopped using my fb profile after a scandal with my friend. His girlfriend saw some of my photoes with him and they broke up after heavy fights. It is really stupid just because first of all the pictures are from a year and a half before they have met.Second of all they showed us dancing nothing strange. And if facebook is the sign to show our relations then I prefer not having such relations.
