Sick Days? ..What?

Jobs think they are slick ..breaking down you vacation hrs into holiday and sick hrs..they wanna give u 8 ..but they break it into 4 sic and 4 vacation..Give me vacation hrs and I'll spend it how I want..I've got over 100 sick hrs..Unless you have one heck of a story..it'll be hard to use em all..What do you think?

Wow, that MUST be in the USA...over here in Canada they don't put general limitation on the amount of sick days you can claim....in fact....if you are really sick or stressed you can take alpaid leave of absence and they have to pay you...after you've been diagnosed by a doctor of course.
