I think that water will help you lose weight. It also helps you digest food. It makes it easier for the stomach to process food. It has more juice. Also we need a lot of water.
It will make your vitality jump. And you might be more aware. Also because you're drinking water you probably won't be eating as much because you are doing this. Also you will feel healthier.

Water is a double-edged sword. While it helps your body to get rid of toxines, many people are prone to retain liquids, and that makes you gain weight.
Many diets have as an important part of them products to make your body not to retain liquids, but in the other hand they tell you to drink at least 2 litres a day, so the trick is that all the water that comes in will come out too.
In case you're not sure if your body retains liquids or not, I recommend you to drink tea, as it's a natural way to make your body get rid of extra liquids.

I think water will help you LOSE weight. It will help you lose weight because it fills up all the room in your wonderful stomach! And if you aren't used to drinking water a lot, then you could start. You could try to drink water everyday, and think of how good it is. And think, while I'm doing this, I'm not doing that, and etc.
But I think that there is something called "water weight." But I don't really understand it. I think that when you start to lose weight on a diet pill, you are usually losing "water weight." This can be OK, but it is not the same as losing fat, or gaining muscle. It is not the same, because you can gain it back easily. Since you have to have water. Or something. Will it make you gain weight if you drink a lot of water? I don't know. Right after you drink it you are heavier probably, but I don't think it adds up.
Drinking water will help you lose weight. But why lose weight when you could gain weight? This is a horrible thing if you are needing to lose weight. Making one change can help you to begin to change. Even buying flavored water (the kind with no calories, or like 5) when you're out and need a drink is good. It's a fun change, but sometimes, you really do need that pop! (diet?)
