How is healthy to you?

According to studies, we need 4L of water everyday, at least 2 cups of veggies, and fruit but with only a palm-sized of meat. However, the standard is different for everyone. What is your standard? BTW: The height and weight depends on your genetic information. Many people can eat tons of food without overweight but another can become overweight with only 1/4 of what the other group has eaten.

I think a healthy diet includes all food groups eaten with moderation. Small amounts of lean meat, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds, nuts, low-fat diary, tea, water, and healthy proteins. karen
