What has changed in MyLot?

Or are there any improvements? I have been out of MyLot for quite sometime and sadly my old account has been deactivated. I had to start anew. As my beginning discussion with my return to this wonderful community, I'd like to know what has changed in MyLot? How about the compensation plan? Any improvements?
