Dog have puppies??

If she didn't pass the after birth then you probably need to get her to a vet to be checked out. If she had the first of the puppies a couple of days ago then she may be in danger if she has not birthed all of the puppies as there could be one that is trapped in the birth canal. It the puppy is too large then it may have been trapped at this point it will probably be still born. The risk you run by not having her check and if she does have a puppy that is trapped then the puppy could cause the mother dog come down with an infection that could not only kill her but also the other babies. I do not mean to be an alarmest but I thought you should know the extremes.
