Do You Like Star Trek Voyager?

heheheheeee.... I knew I liked you, Wolfie, but now I know why. I LOVE Star Trek Voyager! I own several of the seasons on dvd and have it on my dvr to record 2 or 3 episodes every day. I have always enjoyed Star Trek, period, but...never really got into watching any of them on a regular basis. The Next Generation was good and really revived the series for me, but I never watched it very avidly, just if there wasn't anything else on. DS9 was a complete snooze. It felt almost like a soap opera in space and after less than a season I was DONE with that... I heard about Voyager, but after DS9 I didn't think I'd bother with it... Then I met my friend's hubby Brian. OMG!!!! He truly introduced me to STV and I've never looked back. I love the whole unique dynamic of the female Captain and the absence of the ever present Star Fleet. I love the addition of crew members from across the galaxy. Neelix and Kes were two of my favorite characters, then I found Seven of Nine absolutely fascinating. I can watch that show over and over again and will continue to do so until I'm old and grey, I think. I cried like a baby when I saw "End Game" for the first time and still get a tear when I see it. Voyager ROCKS!!!!

hey, haven't seen you for days. Hope you are fine. i remember you told about your plan for a travel covering the marraige of your friend? Is that the reason? Well, I love Star Trek series and I have seen them all, I even have baought the dvds for us last anniversory.

I liked it better than Deep Space Nine but not as much as I liked Star Trek the Next Generation.

I think this is probably the best start trek. Very interesting, i watched the entire 5-6 episodes in 2-3 months :). Wish there was at least 10 more though, lol.

I must say, I like it a lot... if it is the best, I don't know. I have seen them all except the Original Series more than once, and there are good and bad episodes in all the series. Voyager hold a lot of good episodes, most I would say in fact. Janeway is by far my favorite Captain, but Quark has to be my favorite support Character, so almost a tie with DS9.
