Hi iamsolucky,
...easier said than done. losing weight demands discipline. discipline in everything you do and eat. if you are serious and determined to lose weight then you must have to follow a certain program that will make your losing weight a healthy one and will not out you at risk for having ulcer. Fruits and vegetables are good and physical exercises will help you speed up losing weight!

Hm, I personally think you need to find your healthy "power" food!
Like mine is carrot sticks!
Whenever I'm hungry, I get a few and eat those to hold me over!
That way I'm eating healthy and not too much either!

thanks sammy for this tip. I am also including foods rich in fiber in my diet. I love carrots so it will not be a problem for me to include it.

It depends on how much weight you want to loose in a month. I would not recommend overdoing it as when you overdo it within a couple of months you will overeat and will add more weights than you lost.
Do it gradually set yourself monthly targets and slowly start reducing your weights else you will lose your focus and motivation.
Cheers!
