Hi, who is the creative agent in an organization?

Hi. I'm Astameva. I'll try to give opinion about "who the creative agent in an organization is". I have been in an organization since I was an elementary school student.. (a family is also an organization, but I don't count it on) I belonged to my school, my neighborhood, red cross, library, theater, and many other organizations. So then I know that every organizations must have such creative brains to do their duties and to reach their goals.. Every organization has different roles which responsible to be the creative agent. But in my opinion, EVERYBODY in the organization HAVE their very own responsibility to be THE creative agent. I mean YES, EVERYBODY. Because to me, everybody in an organization commited to be one. They have the same mission, so that to fulfil them, they have to stick together to reach their goals. NOBODY should depend on the others creativities. If there are people like that in an organization, I believe that the organization has problems.. So, be creative in your own way and THAT will make your organization reach the goals..
