the most noble job on earth is what???

hi, For me as you said the noble job is to save life of any living being. I also want to share that based on the people who are doing the professsion one can not say that the profession is not noble. If happens in any profession both bad and good people are there everywhere. Though all the cases they solve may not have positive result but saving atleast one life is also a noble deed.

I believe that the most noble job is that of being a mother or a father, because it is from parents that we learn what is right and wrong, how to treat others, and so forth. In the eyes of the world, being a parent might appear to be a thankless task, but this isn't so in the eyes of God. Parenting requires sacrifice of a couple-- they have to put the needs of their children above their own needs--but it is well worth the effort.

The noble job is that of a teacher. This was in ancient India when teachers taught everything a student needed to learn and was guide to life for a student. (search for gurukul and learn more) However teachers job has changed to just teaching a student to gain marks or earn money. In my opinion, currently there is no noble profession.

Hi MsSasa87,Well,they said that being a teacher is a noble profession.They sacrifice also to teach us when we were in school.Any way, The most noble profession,for me are the Ministers Of gospel who taught us the words of God. i as a college instructor, i know that teaching is a noble profession. for somehow you must take a lot of responsibilities. not just a teacher that will give lesson everyday, not just a teacher who will give grades toyour student, but also a teacher who is a friend to your student, a guidance counsellor and a parent to them. and those are rendered for free.. when you student has a problem and spproached you to ask for an advice you must be there to give them pieces of advice. you must be like their parents to mold them into a better person. furthermore teacher affects eternity, remember our great philosophers, if i am not mistaken so please correct me if im wrong.. socrates was plato's teacher, and aristotle was plato's student, and alexander the great was aristotle's student. can you imagine how plato's teaching evolve? and until now their teaching exist...in addition to that, usually teachers recieved salary less than a doctor, and other profession, but without teacher, we won't have our great doctors, lawyers and even the leader of a country.

the people who voulteer for free becuase they do it for no personal gain

Doctors are no more dignified personalities on the earth, as they have already commercialised their profession for their personal growth!!! The ailing person, will get different report from different doctors!!! The chief priests and pontiffs are more dignified now a days, as they sacrifice their married life, and dedicate themselves for the social welfare.
