Search-pay.Is it a scam??

Does anyone know the site called search-pay.com? Appearently it pays you to make searches on different search engines. So far they only have google. They say you're allowed to do 30 searches per day, each worthing 3 cents. That's 90 cents per day. And the minimum payout is 60$. Plus 40% of your refferals' earnings. It seems a bit too much and I can't figure out where the money (this much)could come from. Plus, I did more than 30 searches and got paid for all. I personally don't think it's legit, but if anyone knows otherwise please tell me!
