Automatically a US citizen on MyLot? / myLot

I was amazed to see, almost by misstake, that even though I had set my country to Sweden when I registerd with MyLot and that is correct, it has still ticked a box for me in my profile that I am a citizen or resident of US? Whatttt? Why does it do this? And is it bad to un-tick the box, which I have now done as I am not a resident or citizen of the US?

mine did that too, but I don't see why it would be bad to untick it? It's there to be ticked or unticked :)

I don't know why it would be bad, only when I unticked it it put like three rows of text about me promissing that I was truthfull and honest about it or else there would be juridic consequenses... in bright red letter... That's what made me react!
