Hi Ping, You're right. Life is short so let's not make it shorter! Let's make the most of it and live life to the full. Be kind to yourself and don't stress yourself too much. Valuing every minute of your life is valuing everything that will make you feel good, fit and productive. Valuing every minute in your life would also mean creating an impact --a positive impact to others life.

I am happy that you are practicing self-care for giving value to a simple things but will make you happy like playing guitar and maybe taking things slowly and just simply enjoying life. Stay fit too because it will be the key to everything. Don't forget to take a pause and reflect on your day's accomplishments and give yourself a hug.

We all talk about living our life to the fullest. But I think there is not a single person who can say that he enjoyed his life throughout. There must be some point in his life which he did not value or was happy. Our responsibility and competitions leave very little room for enjoyment. Suddenly, like you, people realize that 20-30 years has passed and that they had been running all this while without having fun or valuing their lives.
